Furnishings Plans & Procurement
Our interior furnishings services have your back when it comes to decorating. Digital Interior Design
We have many clients who reside out of state or out of the country some months out of the year. Our digital design services are perfect for these traveling types. We can meet together once for a thorough intake or we can meet periodically if scheduling allows. All presentations, furniture and material selections will then be completed digitally. We'll help you with furniture selection, rugs, art, lighting, accessories - even picking paint colors.

Purchasing
At LQD, we differentiate ourselves in our business practices by using a proprietary purchasing system that requires multiple reviews by several pairs of eyes before an order is placed. This results in our less than 1% error rate that is notably rare in this industry where so many details are managed.
We know that our client's privacy is important, which is why we protect our data internally as opposed to using an off-the-shelf designer purchasing product that runs data through a third party server and therefore exposes that data to higher risk.
Our system also gives our clients access to the vendor invoices in addition to the LQD invoice so this information can be easily retrieved for reasons such as insurance and replacement of an item down the road should they need to reference a finish or fabric at a later date. This also assures our clients of our transparency with no buried invoices or mystery net costs to the designer. This business management system reflects our core value that transparency is key to establishing the trust needed for a cooperative relationship with our clients as they invest so much in their properties.
